 | better you are right but it doesnt hurt to be a bit light as well. i miss it i hate normal scrabble now i loved the random, and i dont like the way we were treated either, i thought it was totally rude and inconsiderate. Personally if we didnt have enought players on the english site, why cant they give us a room here, we wont fill it up, so whats the harm!!! | |

| yes please answer one way or another, we deserve that at least after you just put out the light on us all with no explanation beforehand. from what i understand it is from mouche is that there were too many troublemakers there, granted i was no angel why don't you make an english room here and ban the ip s of troublemakers that is including myself. i have a few foes in there but most are the loveliest people that you could ever hope to belong to the same internet site. and i would happily forego my membership for all the pleasant , genuine people from around the world who love the site to still be a part of it. give us an answer one way or another, as i said it is the least we deserve after being treaded so shabbily | |

| Well, although I am a Swede, I really miss the English betapet. That was the only thing I played, while it lasted. The next best option is the Swedish Musen, with the IT-words. I would say, that an english speaking person with some computer skills would be able to score some point there. As it is the (english) computer words that gets you heavy points. And learns some Swedish, as time goes by... in the end, all of the world would speak Swedish:-) To be serious, I do not think it would be so difficult to just add one extra room on the Swedish page for Eng players, so I really wish that the nice betapet tem will reconsider this decision. | |

| I couldn't log in using my name at the English speaking one so I created a new identity to find out what happened to my beloved betapet. I thought it had been closed for maintenance. I've been searching the web trying to find out more information. Then one of my betapet friends suggested I come to the Swedish site. My user name at the English-speaking beta site is Harmony1. I played in the morning and then it said it was closed, which I found to abrupt and a bit rude. No notice, no nothing. I think if Betapet made some improvements to the site, you would attract more players. Most people don't like the slow method of having to 'mouse' your tiles to form a word and prefer to input them on the keyboard. Much faster and when you're playing against the clock, it's very important. I think, too, that if we could have seen the remaining tiles in the tile bag that would have been a big plus. I loved the random games - Serensdad introduced me to the game and when I played my first game on random, I despised it. Then I kept returning to random and that's all I wanted to play. I loved the element of surprise. (And yes, Serensdad always won!) I met some lovely people on the site: Duke, Spanishflame, Chipper and BetterLateThanNever was always helpful, though I never one a game against her! I had my twin son and daughter on the site, too, and all three of us miss it. I can speak Spanish and I worked for Ericsson for many years but I never learned the language! My vote is with the rest of the English-speaking players: can you not find a way to add an English speaking option to your Swedish section? After working with a Swedish company, I know that the majority of them like to use their English and most speak two languages or more. Harmony1 | |
